How it works:
STEP 1: THE MAP
You’ll start by identifying a common moment in your sessions — where things flatten, freeze, or float just above the body. Through a short journaling process, we’ll zoom in on that edge so we know exactly where to drop in.
STEP 2: THE EXPERIENCE
In our 60 mins session, I’ll guide you into a somatic tool that meets that edge — one you’ll feel in your own body first. And then we zoom out so I can teach you how to use it with your work.
STEP 3: THE MIRROR
After your session, you’ll submit a 5-minute practice video using the tool we explored. I’ll send back focused feedback — a reflection of what’s working, what could deepen, and how to refine your potency even more.
