The Curriculum Arc
Month 1:
THE BREATH-LED GUIDE
You’ll build foundational capacity in this first month — learning to cue the body through breath, subtle language, and layered somatic awareness. These early tools help your clients drop in fast, feel safe in your presence, and begin connecting with their internal landscape from moment one.
Month 2:
SAFETY + SENSUALITY
You’ll establish trauma-informed permission fields and deepen your ability to read the nervous system in real-time. As a facilitator, you’ll learn how to hold complexity without bypass — creating containers where clients feel safe enough to explore both tenderness and turn-on.
Month 3:
EROTIC ALCHEMY IN MOTION
This is where the sensual fire gets dialed up. You’ll learn to design and lead erotic expression sessions that are artful, embodied, and deeply attuned. Through this lens, clients reclaim their erotic power, explore sensation safely, and move through shame into liberation.
Month 4:
ARCHETYPAL EMBODIMENT
You’ll explore feminine archetypes as portals to wholeness — teaching clients to embody everything from the Sacred Sl/t to the Inner Child, the Queen to the Devotee. This work unlocks expression, expands identity, and allows clients to explore parts of themselves that rarely feel safe to be seen.
Month 5:
MUSICAL MASTERY
This month is all about crafting musical journeys that move people. You’ll learn how to create soundscapes that follow an emotional arc — from build to peak to integration. Clients don’t just dance to your playlists — they travel through them, feeling their way into transformation.
Month 6:
A DASH OF DARK
Here, we dance with shadow. You’ll gain the skills to hold grief, rage, freeze, and archetypal power — all without losing your ground. This is where your presence becomes a permission field. Your clients will feel safe to touch the edges they’ve been avoiding — and move through them.
Month 7:
EMERGENT TOPIC + INTEGRATION MONTH
This is NOT a month off. This is a month in which we allow the specific needs of this group to create emergent curriculum. This month may be used earlier in the program - but it allows for some flow within our contained structure.
Month 8:
REMIXING IT YOUR WAY
In our final month, you’ll begin weaving your unique voice, vibe, and vision into everything you’ve learned. You’ll integrate the full toolkit into sessions that feel distinctly you, and if you choose, this is also where we map out your own modality — so you leave not just certified, but ready to lead with a structure you remixed!

About Nadia Munla
Nadia Munla is a teacher, speaker, and guide who helps people reclaim embodied expression in love and leadership — and trains other facilitators to do the same.
She created Embody by Nadia™, an embodiment method that has helped thousands of women reconnect to their pleasure, power, and play.
Her work has been featured by the Health Coach Institute, Soul Camp (East & West), Goddess-on-the-Go, and the World Domination Summit, and shared at retreats and events across Bali, Peru, Tulum, and Hawaii. Embody has also been offered as a healing modality in a UK women’s prison and an eating disorder clinic in Connecticut.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the size of this training?
This is a high-touch intimate group! This round will be capped at 10-11 new trainees with a few returning apprentices who previously trained with Nadia.
When are the live calls?
The live calls will either be Tuesday or Thursday 11am-1pm eastern or 12-2pm eastern. We like to offer a few windows and then poll the group as it is coming together. This has worked for 8 rounds. If you cannot make this window but are very interested, please contact Nadia directly.
When does the program start?
We begin September 2025 and complete May 2026.
Do I receive 1:1 with Nadia?
Yes - so much! This is not just another training where you get lost in a group.
You will get 3 x 75 mins private coaching sessions with Nadia (Kick-off call, mid-way excavation, visioning call)
Up to 30 mins of private message with Nadia EACH week.
Custom feedback on your homework + practice teaching videos
AND Laser coaching on group calls.
Are there any requirements or prerequisites for this training?
This program is best suited for established coaches, teachers, therapists, healers, movement practitioners and space-holders with a minimum of 3 years of experience in their field and are looking to widen their scope of practice with embodiment facilitation.
However, we honor everyone’s unique path and understand that you don’t always fit into a cookie-cutter box so please reach out to nadia at nadia@nadiamunla.com with your details and she will be able to assess what’s best.
How much time will I need to set aside for this?
This is a professional training meets mastermind meets coaching program. Therefore, it will require more time than just a group coaching program. You will have videos to watch, some curriculum to read + homework to complete. The training builds. At first you may only need to set aside 3-4 hrs a week and over time, this may build slightly to 5 hrs. This very much depends on your learning style - but this is a general estimate.
What is your refund policy?
