Nadia Munla
Nadia Munla is a teacher, speaker, and guide who helps people reclaim embodied expression in love and leadership — and trains other facilitators to do the same.
She created Embody by Nadia™, an embodiment method that has helped thousands of women reconnect to their pleasure, power, and play.

Will there be nudity?
Throughout the weekend, we invite you to dress in whatever way helps you feel beautiful, confident, and empowered.
Some guided practices may include the option for partial or full nudity. Participation is always entirely optional, and consent is at the heart of everything we do.
What is provided in the cost of the event?
This event is workshop format. We provide snacks and materials needed for the practices.
Meals and accommodation are up to you. There are few restaurants and a grocery store in the center where the event is held and airbnb’s/hotels all around the surrounding area. Una Vida is about 15min outside of Boulder, Colorado.
We will send out more information on what to pack once you sign up.
What kind of experience level do I need to join this event?
You do not need any movement or dance experience to join and you also do not need experience in highly sexual or erotic spaces. All we ask is that you come with curiosity and a willingness to explore. As well as an understanding that there will be movement, dance, and sexual/erotic practices as a part of this event.
Can you tell me more about the sexual and erotic practices?
We will be inviting you to explore your relationship with your own pleasure and eros throughout the weekend. This includes a range of practices: from sensual & clothed to deeply erotic with option for nudity.
For example, there may be a practice that explores breast massage or genital touch. And this is always welcome over clothing.
The majority of the practices will be solo practices and we could invite you to partner with another woman for permissioning, mirroring, & energetic exchange. Being around other women in their pleasure is really powerful & part of what we’re doing together.
We will hold a foundation of consent throughout the entire weekend and you will always get to opt into an exercise, opt out at any time, or participate in a modulated way. We will meet you where you are and support you to find your edge in a way that is generative.
